Mr. Ayan Bhattacharya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this matter the trial has been completed and the petitioner has been convicted. He, accordingly, submits that this matter has now become infructuous. In view of the submission made above, this revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.

The department concerned is directed to communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below. The lower Court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
