The I. C., Maheshtala Police Station, D. D. H. Police District, has filed a report dated 01.02.2023. Maheshtala P. S. after enquiries has not found the allegations of the petitioners substantiated. The private respondents are represented today. It is submitted by the private respondents that the allegations of harassment and torture are baseless. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been set up by the younger son.

The I. C., Maheshtala Police Station shall ensure that the water supply and electricity to the petitioners are not interrupted. It shall also be ensured that the parties may live in peace in the same residence.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
