Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the words '3rd Court' appearing in paragraph 4 of such order be replaced with the words '4th Court'. Learned advocate appearing for the State does not object to such correction being made.

In such circumstances, CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of by directing that the department will incorporate the words '4th Court' in place and stead of '3rd Court' in paragraph 4 of the order dated November 24, 2023. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
