This is an application for correcting the name of the applicant/petitioner in the petition as well in the order dated 25th January, 2024. It is submitted that inadvertently the name of the application/petitioner has been mentioned as Raju Kumar Rajak instead of Raju Kumar Rajak @ Raju Rajat. 2.

The learned Counsel for the State submits that the description of the petitioner mentioned in the petition is the correct description and Raju Kumar Rajak @ Raju Rajat and Raju Kumar Rajak is one and same person. 3.

In view thereof, the prayer is allowed.

4. Leave is given to correct the cause title in the petition in course of the day. 5.

The name of the petitioner shall be corrected in the order dated 25th January, 2024 as Raju Kumar Rajak @ Raju Rajat by the department. 6.

This order shall form part of the order dated 25th January, 2024.
