Smriti Rani Kundu @ Smriti Kundu Mr. Arijit Sarkar .....for the petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred against an order No. 35 dated August 11, 2022 passed by learned Judge, Fourth Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta, District Kolkata in Ejectment Suit No. 561 of 2016 and Order No. 49 dated September 23, 2024 in Ejectment Suit No. 561 of 2016.

On hearing the learned counsel and on perusal of the order challenged it appears that the Trial Judge has duly considered the appropriate provision of law and passed an order which is in accordance with law. Vide the Order dated 23.09.2024 the learned Judge considering the materials on record has passed a reasoned order and has rightly decided "that the validity and the acceptability of the deposit made beyond the statutory period will be adjudged at the time of the final decision of this suit."

The said order being in accordance with law requires no interference by this Court.

Civil Revision accordingly stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to proceed expeditiously with the suit.

Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
