1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction on the respondent no. 2, to dispose of an application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the SARFAESI Act) sometime in September 2024.

3. The respondent no. 2 is represented.

4. In spite of there being a statutory mandate to dispose of such applications within a period of thirty days and an extended period of sixty days, which time has long expired, the respondent has not taken any step to dispose of the matter.

5. The respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the application by passing an order and intimating the same to the petitioner by 24.12.2025.

6. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 27214 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
