We have considered the materials on record. Allegation disclosed illegal abstraction of electricity. 3.

In view of the nature of offence and as there is possibility of similar illegal abstraction in future, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
