On perusal of the order dated November 28, 2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in WPA No.26491 of 2024 (Mithun Mali v. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) filed by the second petitioner herein, it appears that the prayer of the petitioner for de-freezing his bank account has been disallowed by the Court.

The petitioners have renewed their prayer by filing the instant writ petition. The same is not maintainable.

The writ petition stands dismissed as 'not maintainable'.
