1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in July, 2023. Materials on record show recovery of 199 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup containing codeine phosphate above commercial quantity from both the petitioners. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
