The present revisional application has been preferred praying for direction on the opposite party for expeditious hearing of title suit 91 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Sealdah. It appears that the suit has been initiated in the year 2023 and the suit is sub-judice before the Trial Court. It appears from the copies of the orders annexed to the revisional application that the learned Trial Court is proceeding in accordance with law.

None appears for the petitioner on repeated calls.

The Civil Revision is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall take necessary steps for expeditious disposal of the suit pending before it in accordance with law.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.
