Mr. Dibyendu Paul It is submitted by the alleged contemnor, Mr. Dibyendu Paul, District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia, that payment has been released to the petitioner by the concerned Treasury Officer on February 10, 2023 and his monthly pension shall continue in accordance with the revised PPO.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt application. Hence, WPCRC 10 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

The documents produced by the alleged contemnor be kept with the record.

There shall be no order as to costs.
