Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner and others had abducted the victim for ransom. Prayer for anticipatory bail of Sk. Abdul Hakim was turned down by a co-ordinate Bench. Petitioner stands on the same footing with Sk. Abdul Hakim. Accordingly we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
