It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the issue in question has been challenged before this Court in a suit proceeding being CSOS/5/2024 with IA No. GA/ 1/2025, GA/2/2025, GA/3/2025 and GA/4/2025 in the matter of Ronendra Chowdhury & Ors. Vs. Subodh Kumar Majumder & Anr. and the matter in being heard by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

2. In view of such submission, no further order need be passed in the instant writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition and the connected application stands disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
