The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of he being duped by the private respondents and huge amount of money has been taken for providing job and subsequently fake appointment letters were issued, he approached the police authorities for investigation and consequently a case was registered being Bamangola Police Station Case No. 208/2023. The said case commenced on 20.12.2023.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the investigating officer has traced out the accounts. However, according to the investigating officer, the joining and/or appointment letters which the complainant claims to be fake are yet to be handed over by the complainant.

The

complainant submits that he has taken steps.

However, no seizure list could be produced by the petitioner/complainant.

Be that as it may, the investigation of the case is in progress. Steps be effectively taken by the investigating officer to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 27404 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
