1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials involving the petitioner in conspiracy of manufacturing large volume of Heroin which was recovered in the course of raid. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier on merits. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
