Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 70 days and there is no possibility of the trial being completed in near future and further the evidence of the case do not support the complicity of the present petitioner as such he may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected. Thereafter the case was split up, trial of the case progressed and presently only 2 or 3 witnesses are left for examination for concluding the evidence.

Learned advocate for the State further submits that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, there are antecedents and he has been evading the process of law for a

considerable period of time, as such his prayer for bail should be rejected.

I have taken into account the materials appearing against the present petitioner as well as the observations of the Co-ordinate Bench in CRM (A) 2016 of 2025 with CRR 2804 of 2025. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioner on bail at this stage of the case.

Consequently, CRM(M) 2513 of 2025 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
