1. Writ petition is directed against an order dated September 18, 2024 passed in OA 2192 of 2024 (LRTT). Writ petition is at the behest of the applicant before the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

2. Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits a report which be taken on record.

3. It appears from such report that, the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer passed an order dated March 5, 2025.

4. Further interference by the High Court is not called for at this stage, in the facts of the present case.

5. Since, the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer is taking steps as appears from the report, the impugned order of the learned tribunal is set aside.
