Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved for nonconsideration of information furnished on 19.10.2023 which was addressed to the Officer-inCharge, Nalhati Police Station as well as Superintendent of Police, Birbhum. Records reflect that earlier on information furnished by the petitioner, Nalhati Police Station Case No.

396/2021 dated 09.11.2021 was registered for investigation and subsequently charge-sheet has been submitted on conclusion of investigation. State has submitted a report which also reflects that the respondent no.5 has instituted a Title Suit being T.S. No. 252/2021 which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum.

Having considered that the petitioner and the private respondent are at loggerheads over the

dispute relating to property, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26106 of 2023 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
