Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has already been disposed of earlier on 1st December, 2025.

Counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that his client does not wish to press the CAN application being CAN 2 of 2025.

Hence, CAN 2 of 2025 shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
