Ratan Majumder v. State Of West Bengal& ORS

03.08.2023 Ct. No. 11 rrc WPA 27000 of 2008 (Ratna Majumder Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) Seeking a direction upon the respondents the petitioner is allowed to interview for the post of Clerk, this writ petition was preferred.

At the time when the writ petition was affirmed, the petitioner crossed the age of 42 years and hence, he sought for relaxation of his age also. As on date, the petitioner has attained the age of at least 57 years. In view thereof, the matter has become infructuous and the same is disposed of.
