Petitioner is in custody for 443 days. He submits there is slow progress in trial. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits trial is in progress.

We have considered the materials on record. A large volume of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICNs for short) were recovered from the petitioner. Four witnesses have been examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
