1. Affidavit-of-compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor Nos. 1 and 2 be taken on record.

2. The writ petition was taken out at the behest of the petitioner with a prayer for consideration of the representation made by him. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court by giving direction upon the alleged contemnors to dispose the same within one month from the date of communication of this order.

3. As the said direction was not complied with by the alleged contemnors within the timeframe as mentioned in the said order, a petition for contempt was taken out by the petitioner alleging for willful and deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court.

4. The alleged contemnors were present before this Court on earlier occasion and submitted that they would comply the direction passed by this Court.

5. Today affidavit-of-compliance is filed by the alleged contemnors by stating that the said direction as passed by this Court has already been complied with.

6. Since the order has been duly complied with, therefore this court does not feel that there is any justification in keeping the contempt application alive.

7. The contempt application being WPCRC 28 of 2025 is dismissed.

8. No order as to costs.
