In course of hearing, Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor informs us that in compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, a reasoned decision has already been taken and communicated to the petitioner.

Mr. Agarwala, learned advocate appearing for the appellant/petitioner submits that a copy of the order passed by the alleged contemnor has been served upon the appellant/petitioner.

In view thereof and as the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been complied with, no further interference is called for in the present contempt application and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

Needless to observe that the appellant/petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the alleged contemnor before the appropriate forum, if so advised and in accordance with law.
