Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta has been stated as the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta in the revisional application.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to incorporate necessary correction in the cause title and prayer portion of the revisional application.

In the order passed on 20th November, 2024 learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta (presently redesignated as the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta) be read as the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta (presently redesignated as the learned Judicial Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta). The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order passed on 20th November, 2024.
