Ms. Sreemoyee Mitra ... for the CESC The grievance of the petitioner is directed against refusal of the respondent-CESC to provide a separate electricity connection to the petitioner.

On behalf of CESC Ltd, it is submitted that this is a case of splitting of load.

The private respondent is the landlord and there are disputes by and between the petitioner and the private respondent.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of CESC Ltd., WPA 27039 of 2025 stands disposed of by referring the matter to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO), who is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there is no expression on the merits of the case and all issues are left

open to be decided by the concerned authority in accordance with law.
