The two applications one being CAN 3 of 2022 is an application for condonation of delay in presenting the recalling application and another being CAN 2 of 2022 is an application for recall of the order dated 7th June, 2022 passed by this Court whereby connected writ petition was dismissed for default.

The application being CAN 3 of 2022 is taken up for consideration. This Court has perused the explanation offered in support of the delay caused in presenting the application seeking recall of order dated 7th June, 2022 and the Court is

satisfied on such explanation.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 3 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of on condoning the delay in presenting the recalling application. The application for recall of the order dated 7th June, 2022 is also taken up for consideration today in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and the respondents. This Court has also perused the explanation offered on behalf of the applicant explaining the cause which prevented the petitioner/applicant from being represented before this Court on the date when the connected writ petition was dismissed for default.

Accordingly, application being CAN 2 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of. The connected writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

List the writ petition under the heading "Motion" on Friday next, 12th August, 2022.
