2) Grievance of the petitioner is respondent no. 6 who is brother of her husband got appointment in Border Security Force (BSF) by submitting improper Caste Certificate.

3) According to the petitioner, respondent no.

6 does not belong to Scheduled Tribe but treating the respondent no. 6 as Scheduled Tribe candidate he was favoured with appointment.

4) Court has heard learned advocates representing the respondent no. 6, Union of India and State respondents who have jointly questioned locus standi of the petitioner in questioning employment of respondent no. 6.

5) Having considered the case made out in writ petition, Court finds petitioner does not have locus standi to question appointment of respondent no.

as petitioner did not participate in the selection process based on which respondent no. 6 got employment in 2003. Question would have been different if petitioner participated in selection process and her right to get appointment was denied in connection with said selection process.

6) Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

7) Writ petition stands dismissed.

8) There shall be no order as to costs.

9) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
