1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, especially emanating from the statements of the victim and the neighbour as present in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
