This revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated 4th November, 2022 passed in connection with Misc. Appeal No.18 of 2022.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application has submitted that this Court in CO 3476 of 2022 has already passed an order disposing of the Misc. Appeal No.18 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-5, Barasat.

It is submitted that the petitioners filed an application before the learned Trial Court for addition of party and a replica of the application was also filed in Misc. Appeal No.18 of 2022 which has already been disposed of by the order of this Court passed in connection with CO 3476 of 2022.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, I do not find any reason to go into the merit of the revisional application wherein the order passed in Misc. Appeal No.18 of 2022 has been challenged.

The instant revisional application is being disposed of with a direction upon the learned Trial Court to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners for adding parties to the suit.

Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties are at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Trial Court forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
