From the order sheet we find that an application had been filed for early hearing which was allowed by the Tribunal on 26th June, 2024. On the next date thereafter that is on 7th July, 2023 the applicant has not appeared.

In view of the circumstances there is no occasion for this Court to pass any such direction.

The writ application is disposed of.
