Mr. Das, learned Advocate for the State in compliance with the direction of this Court dated April 10, files the report of the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.2 herein, let it be kept with the record.

It appers form the said report as per the student strength the petitioner no. 1 is entitled to get two posts of Assistant Teacher sanctioned. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior Advocate for the petitioners submits that as per the present student strength the petitioner no. 1 school though is entitled to get sanction of more than two teachers but considering the utmost requirement of one Physical Education Teacher and one Work-Education Teacher, the petitioners

are restricting their claim to the said two sanctioned posts for the time being.

The respondent no.2 is directed to take follow up steps necessary to complete the sanction of the said two posts in the petitioner no. 1 school.

WPA 27098 of 2022 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs. It is desired that the respondent no.2 shall take forward steps as expeditiously as possible considering the requirement of the school.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
