Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was also defrauded.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State refers to the materials in the case diary.

Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in a racket whereby, unsuspecting members of public are induced to pay money on the lure of job.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5080 of 2023 is dismissed.
