Mr. Shubham Gupta ...for the petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order passed by the State forum, the petitioner herein has preferred this revisional application before this court but actually the appeal lies before the National Consumer Forum. In view of the same, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present application as well as the certified copy filed with the application.

Let C.O. 3711 of 2022 be dismissed as withdrawn and the certified copy along with revisional application may be returned to the petitioner after filing an authenticated copy of the same.

Written instruction submitted by the petitioners is taken on record.
