Mr. Syed Arif Ahmed Mr. Shyamal De .......For the Petitioner Mr. Ranjan Saha .....For the DPSC, Paschim Medinipur In this compassionate appointment matter the petitioner has already been recommended by the School Service Commission as appears from the reasoned order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.), Paschim Medinipur in compliance with the order passed by this court. But the petitioner has not got any appointment letter though the order has been passed on 28.06.2023. The appointment letter is to be given by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

I direct the petitioner to add West Bengal Board of Secondary Education as a party respondent here and now and to serve a copy of the reasoned order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.) and a copy of the order passed today by this court to Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education by tomorrow

I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to issue the appointment letter to the petitioner by two weeks from tomorrow.

With this order the writ application is disposed of. The reasoned order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.) is kept on record. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
