Mr. Subhankar Sen ....for the petitioner Ms. Susmita Saha Dutta Mr. Guddu Singh Mr. Subhajit Seth ....for the UOI The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already filed the Vakalatnama after obtaining 'No Objection' from the erstwhile learned advocate on record. The said Vakalatnama was filed on April 8, 2025.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are certain technical defects in the writ petition for which the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 27434 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the selfsame cause action.

There will be no order as to costs.
