Learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants submits that his clients would not like to pursue the matter any further as the property has already been sold in pursuance of a proceeding under the SARFAESI Act. Learned counsel for the State submits that the alleged contemnors have complied with the order passed by this Court. A compliance report has already been submitted earlier.

Accordingly, CPAN 1554 of 2023 is disposed of without further order, even as to costs.
