Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Roy, submits that the private respondents have voluntarily surrendered the mortgaged property to the Bank.

Copies of Panchanama and Inventory Report are filed in Court today and the same are kept with the record.

The District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman has also been communicated as such on 31st January, 2023.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
