Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier. Subsequent submission of charge sheet is an aggravating and not an extenuating circumstance. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the subsequent application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
