UPON READING a petition of Sri Khagendra Nath Das and his affidavit of verification thereof, dated 4th March, 2020 and the annexures to the said petition and upon hearing Mr. Anami Sikdar, learned advocate for the applicant, IT IS ORDERED that a Rule do issue calling upon (1) Narayan Chandra Paul, District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), and also In-charge of Chairman, Dakshin Dinajpur, Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur, Post Office -Beltala Park, District - Dakshin Dinajpur, PIN - 733103 and (2) Bulbuli Tudu, Sub-Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Balurghat North Circle and also In-charge of

Secretary, District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur, Post Office - Beltala Park, District - Dakshin Dinajpur, PIN - 733103, to show-cause why they should not be committed to prison or otherwise penalized or dealt with for wilful, deliberate and contumacious violation of the order dated 13th September, 2019, passed in WP 25978 (W) of 2014.

The Rule is made returnable on 9th April, 2021.

On the returnable date, IT IS ORDERED the alleged contemnors/respondents aforesaid shall appear personally before this Court at 10.30 A.M. and shall not leave Court without permission. Let the Rule be served personally on the alleged contemnors/respondents.
