2. This is an application for expeditious hearing of complaint case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Sealdah.

3. Opposite party has duly been served.

4. The Court considers that passing of an order of expeditious hearing will not prejudice either of the parties.

5. In the circumstances, learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Sealdah is requested to conduct expeditious hearing of N.I. Act Case No. 88 of 2018 in accordance with the law without granting any unnecessary adjournment.

6. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of.
