Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that the alleged contemnors have complied with the first portion of the order and have not complied with the second portion of the order.

Mr. Bari, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors has taken several adjournments for compliance of the remaining portion of the order but till date the said portion of the order has not been complied with. He submits that he has informed several times to the alleged contemnors for compliance of the order dated 28th April, 2015 but there is no response from the end of the alleged contemnors.

In view of the above, let Rule be issued upon the alleged contemnor no. 2 namely Basanti

Barman, Chairman, Malda District Primary School Council to appear before this Court in person on 7th March, 2024 at 3.30 p.m.

The Rule is made returnable on 7th March, 2024.
