Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 4 months and allegedly there were recoveries of some bottles of phensedyl from the joint possession of the petitioner and others.

Learned advocate for the State submits that 4993 bottles of phensedyl were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and another.

Having considered the huge quantity of seizure in the present case, I am of the view that Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(NDPS) 1533 of 2025 is dismissed.
