The Supplementary affidavit filed by the appellant/CBI stated that the opposite party, namely, Sanat Kumar Bandopadhyay has expired on 1st January, 2023 supported by a xerox copy of the Death Certificate be kept on record. Accordingly, the CRMSPL 55 of 2013 gets abated and disposed of.
