Petitioner submits that his property is being attempted to be grabbed by the private respondent nos.5 and 6. To that effect, the private respondent nos.5 and 6 are using their force and influence and, as such, the police authorities are not acting in consonance with the provisions of law.

Mr. Sengupta, learned senior Government advocate, submits a report. Let the report be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the police authorities have taken steps for maintaining peace and tranquility in the area and also pointed out that a Partition Suit being P.S.360 of 2020 is pending before

the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division),Lalbagh, Murshidabad.

Petitioner submits that he has not been made party by the private respondent nos.5 and 6 in the said suit.

Be that as it may, the primary concern of the petitioner is relating to his property being grabbed at the behest of the private respondent nos. 5 and 6. The police authorities would keep a strict vigil and would ensure that without an order from the court of law, no aggression be allowed at the behest of any of the parties. Police authorities would also ensure that no untoward incident takes place because of the relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent nos.5 and 6.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 27472 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
