The petitioner no. 1 is the owners of the premises no. 14, Barrackpore Trunk Road under the jurisdiction of the Kamarhati Municipality.

The petitioner no. 1 intends to obtain certified copy of the sanctioned building plans of the subject premises. The application of the petitioner no. 1 requesting for issuance of certified copy of all the plans of the entire premises was filed in the year 2021. Grievance is that the same has not been supplied till date.

Learned advocate representing the Kamarhati Municipality fairly submits before this Court that due to some misconception of law the plans were not supplied. However, it has been submitted that the same will be supplied within a very short period of time.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Kamarhati Municipality to handover certified copy of the plans as sought for by the

petitioner no. 1 within seven days from the date of payment of the necessary charges.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
