Learned advocate representing the applicant alleges violation of the order dated 3rd July, 2025 passed by this Court on connected writ petition. 2.

However, on perusing the order dated 3rd July, 2025 it appears that Court observed if application is made by the applicant seeking transfer Court expressed necessity of taking steps for processing the transfer application of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that though transfer application was made but same is yet to be decided.

Considering the observations made by this Court in paragraph 5 of the order dated 3rd July, 2025 contempt application is not maintainable as there is no willful, deliberate and contumacious violation by the alleged contemnor.

Hence, contempt application stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
