For the State The petitioners' grievance were in respect of a selection-cum-recruitment process of Anganwadi Worker (in short, AWW), which commenced in the year 2009. Pursuant to a direction given on 8th January, 2025, the State by way of a report had provided the selection list along with marks obtained by the selected candidates. The petitioners after considering such list have found that none of the petitioners come within the zone of consideration. The petitioners, therefore, are no more interested to proceed with the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
