The petitioner seeks enforcement of the order of the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas passed on 25.03.2022 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The requisite cost for deployment of police for taking possession of the secured asset has been put in by the Bank on 04.11.2022.

In those circumstances, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall hand over the physical possession of the property-in-question to the State Bank of India on 13.01.2023 at 1.00 p.m.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
