Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has arisen out of case No.37/2018 O.S. and the same has been dismissed
for non-prosecution by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad vide order dated 3rd June, 2025. Learned counsel submits that in these circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of.

In view of the submissions made, the revision petition is disposed of being infructuous.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties seeks permission to file affidavit-in-opposition bringing on record the notification vide which the learned District Judge has been conferred with the power of the tribunal.

Let the affidavit-in-opposition be taken on record.

Learned counsel undertakes to serve the copy.

Let affidavit-in-reply be filed within two weeks with a copy to the learned counsel for the opposite parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to place on record the translated copy of documents in vernacular language.
