Interim order has been passed by the Tribunal in Misc. Appeal No.04 of 2025 (Joy Banbdhu Mukherjee & Ors. v. Indian Bank & Anr.) 3.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of. It will be open for the parties to take steps in compliance of the direction passed by the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Misc. Appeal No. 04 of 2025.
